L.A. temptations!

Het zal ook weer eens niet gebeuren dat McFly ons aan het lachen maakt. De LA tattoo traditie van de heren is gisteren een stap verder gegaan toen zij een wel heel speciale tattoo lieten zetten... Waarschijnlijk als grap tussen vrienden, of misschien wel als herinnering aan de KCAPL tour? We kunnen nog herinneren dat Tom dit tweette in 2010:

Dougie wants us to get a band tattoo of stick men doing the YMCA, a letter each but Harry's not up for it so we're just getting YMC I guess.

Het ziet er naar uit dat ze Harry uiteindelijk toch hebben overgehaald. De pers heeft dit ook opgevangen en schreef er een artikel over:

They've been together as a band for a eight years, and in that time they have formed a tight bond.

And as they gear up to play a few dates around the States, McFly have marked their brotherhood with permanent etchings.

Danny, Dougie, Harry and Tom headed to a tattoo parlour in Los Angeles yesterday (Monday) to get the individual letters that make up the acronym YMCA inked on their feet.



Letting their fans know it's somewhat of a tradition, newlywed Tom Fletcher tweeted: 'Our LA tattoo tradition continues...'

He accompanied the message with a montage of the boys consisting of their faces and their feet.

Amused by the tattoo session, current champion of Strictly Come Dancing, Harry Judd, took to his micro-blogging account where he wrote: 'LOLing in LA with the YMCA....' Whereas King of the Jungle, Dougie Poynter took words from the Village People song, his message which he teamed with a photo read: 'It's fun to stay at the...'



On Monday, Tom, Dougie and Danny were pictured out and about in Sunset Boulevard as they headed to meet up with Harry who arrived in Los Angeles on Sunday. Dressed down and taking to the sunny weather well, the boys all donned sunglasses, whilst Danny and Dougie stepped out printed T-shirts with a pair of shorts and laced Vans. Showing off his style, Fletcher, 27, wore a straw trilby with vest top, a pair of Nike trainers and a khaki shorts.



Keen to keep their fans updated, Tom who recently got married to Mario Falcone of TOWIE's sister, was glued to the social networking site as he uploaded various pictures of the group.

In one image, the boys are all smiles as they stand in front of a waffles stand at the movie studio and theme park Universal Studios Hollywood.

Dougie is stood with both his arms out in another snap as he prepares to go into Jurassic Park, the caption on the image read: 'it's been a busy day. Ran around @UniStudios today with the guys.'
