McFly have recoded an exclusive acoustic performance just for the fans to mark the release of 'Memory Lane' and to celebrate all their amazing hit making.

We will be hiding a number of questions based around McFly's singles over the past 8 years on Facebook. To reveal the password which will unlock the video you have to correctly answer 10 multiple choice questions, all of which can be found as 'milestones' on McFly's Facebook timeline.

Each week day starting today we will post 2 clues to the whereabouts of the questions. All you have to do is choose the correct answer for each question and keep a note of the answer e.g. A,B or C and check back each day for the new set of questions.

There will be 2 questions per day for 5 days. On Friday we will post the link to access the special performance. The password will be the correct answers from all 10 questions in the correct order and bingo! You're in!

McFly talk Greatest Hits, numb tongues and writing with One Direction

DANNY WASN'T ALLOWED TO SPEAK ABOUT 1D AFTER HIS 'WE GIVE THEM ALL OUR CRAP SONGS' JOKE. TOM FORBID IT.

As most of you will know, we interviewed McFly recently, and as well as forcing them to kiss each other blindfolded and read their lyrics out in super serious voices, also did a proper actual interview. Of sorts.

Things kicked off fairly normally, with the boys chatting about their greatest hits album 'Memory Lane: The Best of McFly' (it's out today!) and favourite gigs etc. etc.

However, things soon digressed into slightly.. stranger territory - with conversation topics including numb tongues and the possibility of becoming waiters (or air cadets) in the future.

We also chatted about One Direction's song-writing skillz, although Danny was categorically *not* allowed to comment - as the day previously he'd made a joke about giving 1D their 'crap songs'. A joke that was splashed about all over the newspapers. OOPS.
