McFly 'dream of Jessie J collaboration'
(Source: Digital Spy)
McFly have revealed that they would like to work with Jessie J on their next record.
The group, who are currently working on their sixth studio LP, said in an interview with Digital Spy that it would be a "dream" to work with the 'Price Tag' singer.
Harry Judd said: "I haven't spoken to the guys about it but we're definitely open to collaborating again. We're just starting to play the label the new songs, so we'll see."
"In a dream world I'd love to work with so many people. A female artist would be great - Jessie J would be amazing, though she's obviously doing extremely well at the moment. In a dream world!"
The drummer also admitted that their forthcoming album will sound "a bit more raw" than 2010's Above The Noise, adding: "But we're still keen on keeping some of the more polished production in there. It's hard to describe at the moment!"
The band previously worked with Taio Cruz on 'Shine A Light', which peaked at number four on the singles chart in November 2010.
Judd recently admitted that McFly took their success for granted with their last LP, which peaked at number 20 on the charts.
McFly train with Saracens

Chart toppers McFly were given a day to remember at Old Albanians this week when the band members tackled Saracens in a singing, eating and rugby contest.
King of the Jungle Dougie Poynter and Strictly Come Dancing winner Harry Judd, along with fellow band members Tom Fletcher and Danny Jones, were given a special welcome as they performed their hit song It’s All About You with the squad and took part in training... but the highlight of the day was definitely the eating challenge between Dougie and Schalk Brits.
Having been used to eating a variety of different disgusting dishes in I’m a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here, Dougie tackled the challenge head on, but hooker Brits was a little more hesitant when the dishes of pigs ears, pig snout and sheep penis were served.
“I have literally just found a hair stuck in the back of my teeth and that was un-expected,” said Dougie minutes after the challenge. “Some of the food was very, very, similar to the jungle and it bought back some horrible memories, but at least I didn’t have to eat anything that was alive... that’s bad!”
Look out for the eating challenge in full on Sarries TV in the coming days.
The band will perform at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 31st March as part of the entertainment for the Saracens v Harlequins Aviva Premiership match at the stadium.
“We are really looking forward to playing at Wembley and we will be supporting Saracens,” said Danny. “We had an awesome day. The Sarries boys were a really good bunch of lads and are quite scary when running at you at about 30 mph. I think if we had tried to tackle one of them we could have really hurt ourselves.”

De training met de Saracens was misschien iets te hoog gegrepen. Een van de spelers zorgde ervoor dat Tom de lucht in vloog waardoor zijn schouder uit de kom ging. Tom: "A guy from the rugby team knocked my shoulder a bit and it is partially dislocated. To be honest, he hardly touched me - which goes to show how massive and strong he is, or how embarrassingly puny I am. Probably a combination of the two."

McFly tour in jeopardy
(Source: The List)
McFly's comeback tour has been put in jeopardy after guitarist Tom Fletcher dislocated his shoulder.
The group - which also includes Dougie Poynter, Danny Jones and Harry Judd - were training with the Saracens rugby squad to promote a concert at the Watford club next month, but one of the players sent Tom flying, much to the initial amusement of his bandmates.
However, they didn't find it so funny when Tom had to be stretchered off and treated by the club's medical team on Wednesday (15.02.12).
He is still in agony and can't play his guitar - putting the their highly-anticipated UK tour in jeopardy.
Tom told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "A guy from the rugby team knocked my shoulder a bit and it is partially dislocated. To be honest, he hardly touched me - which goes to show how massive and strong he is, or how embarrassingly puny I am. Probably a combination of the two.
"I'll be fine... I just can't move properly at the moment!"
Jackson Wray - the player who injured Tom - is hoping he recovers in time for the start of their 42-date tour.
He said: "The McFly boys really got stuck into training. We were all really impressed.
"They took quite a few big hits from some big guys and didn't complain once. They are tough guys.
"I just hope Tom has recovered in time for the band's gigs."

RTL Boulevard: Bandlid McFly gewond na potje rugby. Ja. We houden onze ogen goed open. Wordt vervolgd?
